Kurrenc ("Kurrenc," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by CreativForge Holdings LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using kurrenc.app or the Kurrenc app, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information in a few different ways:
When you connect Threads or X, we receive access tokens through each platform's official authorization process. We do not receive or store your platform password. Through these connections, we retrieve public posts, comments, and mentions that reference your connected accounts, in order to build your monitoring feed.

Kurrenc integrates with Threads (Meta) and X through their respective official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own privacy policies and terms. You can disconnect a platform from Kurrenc at any time from your Platforms settings, which revokes our access to that account going forward.
Your feed, monitoring keywords, and profile are private to your account. Other Kurrenc users cannot see your mentions, your connected platforms, or your monitoring settings.

If Kurrenc is ever acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or its successor.
Mention history is retained according to your plan: 30 days on Micro Creator, unlimited on Creator. Account and billing information is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. You can request full account deletion at any time, see Your Rights below.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and are never displayed in full within the app. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you if a breach affects your account, as required by law.

Kurrenc is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
